Something that differentiates me is my longer than average appointment times. This reflects Back 2 Basic's values of having more time, building a rapport and therefore a tailored treatment plan. All prices are inclusive of equipment used within sessions e.g. acupuncture needles; tape; massage gel.
Initial Assessment
55 minutes, £60
Up to 1 hour gives me the time to get to know you, create a clear and concise diagnosis, treatment time and to start designing a bespoke exercise plan.
Follow up Sessions
45-60 minutes, £60
All follow up appointments are a minimum of 45 minutes - this gives us the time for ongoing; diagnosis, treatment, education and exercises specific to your needs.
Home Visits
1 hour, £80 (Tuesday's only, 13:00 - 18:00)
I understand it's not feasible or comfortable for all patients to come to me. Under special circmstance I will do hom visits within a 10 mile radius (about 30 minute drive).

Walking sessions - Individuals only at present. Groups TBC.
Individual: £60
Group: £80 up to 4 people, £10 pp thereafter
Going back to basics. With access to fields acoss the road. I will assess your ability in our initial assessment and go for a walk with in situ tips and advice to get you outdoors again.

Although not ideal, I appreciate 1 hour appointments won't suite everyone.
These appointments are limited so please discuss with me after your initial assessment or contact me to see if appropriate.
Insurance patients
£60
I will take payment for your session and print a invoice receipt for you to reclaim. Applicable insurance providers only.
Unfortunately I do not take Bupa patients as there sessions are too short and do not reflect Back2BAsics philosphy .
