55 minutes, £65

Up to 1 hour gives me the time to get to know you, create a clear and concise diagnosis, treatment time and to start designing a bespoke exercise plan.

45-60 minutes, £65

All follow up  appointments are a minimum of 45 minutes - this gives us the time for ongoing; diagnosis, treatment, education and exercises specific to your needs.

1 hour, £80 (Tuesday's only, 13:00 - 18:00) 

I understand it's not feasible or comfortable for all patients to come to me. Under special circumstance I will do home visits within a 10 mile radius (about 30 minute drive).

Group: £80  up to 4 people,  £10  pp thereafter 

Going back to basics. With access to fields acoss the road. I will assess your ability in our initial assessment and go for a walk with in situ tips and advice to get you outdoors again.

Although not ideal, I appreciate 1 hour appointments won't suite everyone.

Sessions are £65.

Many patients are able to claim back some or all of the cost of physiotherapy through health cash plans or workplace benefits.

At Back2Basics, sessions are paid for directly, and you will be provided with a receipt/invoice to submit to your provider.

This works well with many plans, including:

• Simplyhealth 
• Westfield Health 
• Health Shield 
• Bupa (depending on policy) 

Back2Basics operates independently, which means:

• Sessions are not dictated by insurers 
• Treatment time and approach are tailored to you 
• Payment is made directly, avoiding delays or restrictions 

Some private medical insurance policies require treatment through specific provider networks. In these cases, reimbursement may not apply.
