Rehabilitation / preventative

Preventative therapy services help patients recover from injuries and surgeries, as well as prevent future injuries. Here are some of the common rehabilitation/preventative therapy services:

  1. Post-operative rehabilitation: After surgery, physiotherapy can help speed up recovery and regain strength, mobility, and range of motion.
  2. Sports injury rehabilitation: Physiotherapy can help athletes recover from sports-related injuries and improve their performance through specialized exercise programs.
  3. Work-related injury rehabilitation: Physiotherapy can help individuals recover from injuries sustained at work and prevent future injuries by teaching proper ergonomics and strengthening exercises.
  4. Balance and fall prevention programs: Physiotherapy can provide balance training exercises and education to help prevent falls, particularly in older adults.
  5. Core stability and postural training: Physiotherapy can provide exercises and education to improve core strength and posture, which can help prevent injuries and improve overall physical function.
  6. Injury prevention programs: Physiotherapy can provide education on injury prevention and proper body mechanics, particularly for those who engage in physical activities or manual labor.
